How long does it take? ⌄
Most orders ship and clear within two weeks of payment confirmation. You'll get an email each time the order moves to the next stage.
What payment methods do you accept? ⌄
Card (via Fygaro), bank transfer with a proof-of-payment upload, or cash with a deposit at our Kingston location.
Do you deliver? ⌄
Pickup only for now. Delivery is planned for a future release.
What happens if my vehicle isn't in the dropdown? ⌄
Just toggle to "I know my size" on the quote form and enter width / aspect ratio / rim size directly.
What if the price changes after I request a quote? ⌄
The firm quote we send you is guaranteed for 7 days (configurable). If you accept within that window, the price is locked.
Can I cancel? ⌄
Before payment, yes — just cancel the quote from your dashboard. After payment, contact support; we'll work it out case by case.
Can I import tyres for a business? ⌄
Yes. For larger quantities, email us directly and we'll quote bulk pricing.
