How much do tyres cost?
See our up-front prices for popular sizes on the Prices page. For anything else, request a free quote and we'll reply with a firm total within 24 hours.
Is the quoted price really all-in?
Yes. Your quote lists the tyres, shipping to Jamaica and customs clearance line by line, then one total in JMD. There's nothing extra to pay at pickup. Fitting and balancing are not included.
How long is a quote valid?
Your firm quote is locked for 7 days from the day we send it. Accept within that window and the price stays fixed, whatever the exchange rate does.
What if the price changes after I request a quote?
Prices on the site are indicative. The firm quote we email is the price you pay, and it's guaranteed for the validity window.
Ordering & payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Card online via Fygaro, bank transfer with a proof-of-payment upload, or cash at our Kingston location with a 50% deposit up front.
Can I cancel?
Before payment, yes. Just let the quote expire or tell us. After payment, contact support and we'll work it out case by case, depending on whether the supplier order has shipped.
Can I order for a business or fleet?
Yes. For larger quantities, use the contact form or WhatsApp and we'll quote bulk pricing.
Delivery & pickup
How long does it take?
Most orders are ready for pickup within about two weeks of payment confirmation. You'll get an email each time your order moves to the next stage.
Do you deliver?
Pickup only for now, from our Kingston location. Island-wide delivery is planned.
Where are you based?
Kingston, Jamaica. The exact pickup address and hours are on the Contact page and in your ready-for-pickup email.
Finding your size
My vehicle isn't in the dropdown. What do I do?
Switch to "I know my size" and enter the width, aspect ratio and rim from your tyre sidewall (for example 195/65R15). Or WhatsApp us a photo of the sidewall.
Where do I find my tyre size?
It's embossed on the tyre sidewall, printed on the sticker inside the driver's door jamb, and listed in your owner's manual.
Can I get a different size from the factory one?
Yes. Pick your car to pre-fill the factory size, then change it on the next step. If you're not sure a size fits, ask us first.
